Summer Camp (OKC)

June 25-28, 2019
Each summer, Hearts for Hearing hosts a week-long day camp in Oklahoma City for children entering kindergarten through middle school. The camp offers an opportunity for children to be with friends who have hearing loss and provides enrichment for listening and spoken language. Many Hearts for Hearing graduates return to camp as volunteers, and lasting friendships are often built through the camp experience.

Stories of Hope Luncheon

September 10, 2019
At Hearts for Hearing, babies and children who are deaf or hard of hearing are learning to listen and talk and thus be able to reach their full potential in life! Stories of Hope is our annual luncheon to provide funding for hearing aids and scholarships for therapy and audiological care that together help a child with hearing loss learn to be a listener and talker. This year, the luncheon will be in Tulsa on September 10th and is co-chaired by Phil Lakin and Stephania Grober.

Fashion for a Passion

Save the Date for October 3, 2019
Fashion for a Passion is an annual fundraiser benefiting Hearts for Hearing. It is hosted by the OKC Chi Omega Alumnae at CK & Company. This event has grown every year and we are pleased to announce that it raised $348,129.16 in 2018 to help give children with hearing loss the opportunity to learn to listen and talk! We could not be more thankful for the incredible co-chairs, committee members, sponsors and attendees for choosing to support Hearts for Hearing.

Baby & Me

Need support or advice? Our Baby & Me group meets once a month to support and coach families in the early days following a baby's diagnosis of hearing loss. It's a great opportunity for a family to connect with and learn from other families with similar experiences.
