Bailey Russell is a speech-language pathologist who has been practicing since graduating in 2015. She has been at Hearts for Hearing since 2017 and loves working here! Bailey first learned about Hearts for Hearing in high school during a fundraising week. Bailey attended Oklahoma State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science with an option in Early Childhood Education and has her teaching certificate. Prior to graduating, Bailey shadowed at Hearts for Hearing and volunteered at their annual summer camp. This sparked her interest in speech-language pathology, so she decided to further her education. Bailey completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Central Oklahoma. Bailey is very passionate about working with children and early intervention. She also takes special interest in the annual Hearts for Hearing Summer Camp, that she co-directs. She also co-leads a monthly Baby & Me group. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cheering on the Cowboys, spending time with her dog, going for walks, and home design.
