We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of LSL Clinic to lead the LSL team in Oklahoma City. The Director of LSL Clinic -OKC will be responsible for various aspects of department operations, community-based services, and maximizing efficiencies.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assures the LSL clinic is running smoothly, efficiently and effectively throughout each business day.
- Assists with screening new referrals to the program and coordinates scheduling of intakes and evaluations with Director of Pediatric/CI Clinic and Director of Pediatric Care.
- Assigns clients to all LSL providers and manages scheduling for LSL services.
- Coordinates regularly scheduled clinical staffing’s alongside Director of Pediatric/CI Clinic with the Directors of LSL and Audiology.
- Oversees quality control of billing and coding for LSL providers’ appointments to ensure appropriate and accurate reflection of the services provided.
- Reviews and approves LSL clinicians’ requests for time off.
- Reviews and approves purchases made by LSL providers for (internal and external) clinical supplies.
- Monitors productivity and patient outcomes of Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Oversees electronic medical record system as a superuser for areas related to LSL services.
- Oversees the collection, integration and evaluation of data related to operational performance for LSL community-based programs

- Plans for the future as opportunities arise to expand Hearts for Hearing’s mission.
- Provides LSL clinical leadership.
- Oversees the collection, integration and evaluation of varied data related to clinical and operational performance as requested.
- Supports LSL clinicians’ development.
- Ensures patient services comply with internal policies, clinical protocols and are HIPAA compliant.
- Maintains program ideals and standards, quality assurance and safety.
- Works with other members of the LSL team to assure successful communication and coordination between all programs and participate in strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters of Speech-Language Pathology & Listening and Spoken Language Specialist Required
- Listening and Spoken Language Certification Required
